Hi Holger!
I'm trying to use BA_Light in conjunction with volumic. I basically want a volumic light with a gradient. The closer to the light the more orange it is and the further it is, it becomes yellow.
I tried with BA_light but it doesn't seem to work. The volumic just stops working. Is this normal?
This is what I am trying to achieve:

thanks for any help provided.

Hi
BA_light was never tested with volume lights and I never thought about volumes. Seems that I have to investigate into this area to support volumes. _________________ Holger Schönberger

Hi Holger,
Imagine having the falloff gradient working in conjunction with the volumic property.... that would be sweet. I was wondering if you had any chance of looking into this.
Btw, just the sake of it: I tried the gradient falloff with a volume_effects shader on the pass. Works a treat.... although it's still a volume effect, not a volume light
Thanks
